Ok, so basically this blog is about a healthy diet/meal. Through my personal consumption and the evalutaion of it, I will tell what is a healthy diet/meal, how can you have a healthy diet/meal and an example of one. I hope this would help you guys and you would have fun reading through my blog.

What is a healthy meal/diet?
According to wikianswers, a healthy meal/diet is a balanced meal/diet whereby it contains a healthy variety of foods, giving you a number of different nutrients, including carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals, possibly fiber, possibly omega-3 fatty acids.
